Market Update Clarification?
An article has appeared in the business section of STUFF.co.nz, an online
news report, which suggests that Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") has
been planning to divest Perpetual Trust Limited as well as moving its primary
listing to the ASX. The report comes from a leaked email.
PGC wishes to clarify that no decision or agreement regarding or concerning
the sale of Perpetual or moving the primary listing of PGC to the ASX has
been made. A number of options have been under consideration for some time,
however no decision has yet been made in relation to any of these options.
A further announcement will be made in due course if and when appropriate.
