Notification of change in PGC share registry
Pyne Gould Corporation Limited (PGC) advises that effective from close of
business on Friday, 13 December 2013, management of the PGC share registry
will move from Link Market Services Limited (Link) to Computershare Investor
Services Limited (Computershare).
The Board has determined that the appointment of Computershare as PGC's share
registrar will, due to Computershare's greater international presence,
deliver the appropriate level of registry services to PGC in anticipation of
it becoming a Guernsey registered company (the implementation of which
remains subject to certain approvals). PGC thanks Link for the services it
has provided to PGC to date.
