Torchlight Fund No.1 LP legal action

Wilaci, an entity connected with Australian businessman John Grill, is
appealing the recent High Court ruling [see previous announcements 20/10/2015
and 22/10/2015] in a case involving Torchlight Fund No.1 LP ("Torchlight"),
an associate of Pyne Gould Corporation ("PGC").

Torchlight considers that the High Court's decision was correct and in
accordance with long-established legal principles, and that the appeal is
without merit.

Until the appeal is concluded, PGC will not make any further comment.
