GENERAL: PIL: Revised Debt Repayment Agreement
Chairman of Promisia Integrative Limited, Malcolm Johnson, announced today
that the company has secured a revised agreement with former director Mr
Garrick Wells and his associated company, Wells Investment Limited, for the
repayment of debt owed to both parties.
Repayments under this revised agreement commence in January 2017 and finish
in December 2019 aligning with expected cashflow. The company will continue
to pay a commercial rate of interest on the outstanding balance.
Commenting on the revised debt repayment agreement Chief Executive, Charles
Daily said: "We are pleased to put this issue behind us and focus on growing
the business and executing our business plan".
