Let's say the share price drops to $1.20, if you add back the roughly 37mNZD they're raising, the market cap would be $205m which is less than it stands today at $217m, but we'd have another 37m in the war-chest to add to the 8m exisiting cash. That's around 20% of the market cap in cash.
