Yeah it's a totally different team from what it was and they've recruited some people with good resumes like the new CTO from Nike. Let's not forget a few of their competitors got bought out, so worst comes to worse this could happen too.
With only 5m on offer and a decent discount to the current share price i'm sure it'll be heavily scaled.
It's not possible the insto placement price gets bid up right? As it's not a book build?
