Yup he said his involvement was through options. I can understand this. His bonuses and options, which are part of his package, gives him enough skin in the game I think. I like how he's an MD too, and on the board.
He's happy to get his hands dirty and I think a big part of the sales effort. I'd like to think he sits in on big meetings as he discusses the business extremely well. Sounds like he's in for the long haul too.
I was thinking about the initial reason I invested in Plexure and it was to get exposure to the marketing personalisation market, which in my opinion has great potential moving forward. It's more efficient and clearly more profitable for businesses. Moreover the data collected turning customers from 'unknown' to 'known' is very powerful.
Plexure has a foothold in this market and I expect them to do well long-term, even though customer growth has been a little slow in recent times. Hopefully the new capital will drive this outcome quicker moving forward.
