NZXMS notes the recent rise in the price of Rakon Limited Ordinary Shares
("RAK"). Earlier today, NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") issued a letter of
enquiry to Rakon Limited seeking confirmation that it remained in compliance
with its continuous disclosure obligations (Listing Rule 10.1.1).
NZXMS has this morning spoken with Bryan Mogridge, Chairman of RAK, who has
confirmed that RAK remains in compliance with its continuous disclosure
obligations. RAK expects to release an announcement to the market in response
to NZXMS's letter of enquiry tomorrow, 31 January 2012, due to the Auckland
Anniversary holiday today.
