Smiths City Group Limited (SCY) - Zero Commission Small Shareholder Offer
UNSOLICITED OFFER BY ZERO COMMISSION NZ LTD
On 10th June 2015, Zero Commission NZ Limited advised, (as required by
Section 163 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2014), that it intends to
make an offer to selected small shareholders in Smiths City Group who are New
Zealand registered and who hold between 1 - 7,000 ordinary shares.
Zero advised that their intended offer date was 18th June 2015.
We recommend that shareholders who have received an offer from Zero
Commission NZ Ltd seek independent financial or legal advice if they are
uncertain about this matter or are contemplating selling their SCY shares.
Shareholders are under no obligation to accept any offer or to take any
action in respect of it.
For your information, the last share trade for SCY shares prior to this
announcement was at a price of $0.53 per share on 1st July 2015.
