GENERAL: SDL: Solution Dynamics Employee Share Option Plan
Effective 12 November 2014 Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) has issued 140,000
share options to Nelson Siva, SDL's Managing Director.
The NZAX Listing Rules require that director participation in the ESOP must
have prior shareholder approval, consequently approval was sought and
received from shareholders at SDL's annual meeting held on 23 October 2014.
As previously advised the options have been issued on the same terms as the
415,000 share options issued to six key staff members on 20 March 2014. That
is, an exercise price of $0.375 per share and they may be exercised by the
participant (in whole or part) from 20 March 2017. Nelson Siva has 18-months
from the date of eligibility in which to exercise the options and he must be
employed by SDL at the date the option is exercised.
