GENERAL: SDL: UK Contract Signed

Further to Solution Dynamics' (SDL) previous NZX announcement on 21 May 2015,
the Company is pleased to confirm it has now received the signed contract and
Service Level Agreement (SLA) to incorporate D?jarMail functionality into a
specialised and market leading software package supplying a vertical market
in the UK health sector.

The contract is on an evergreen basis with an initial minimum term of three
years. An initial live trial with a small number of practices is commencing
shortly and the rollout programme is scheduled to commence in August.

This contract is expected to provide a number of years of significant revenue
growth for SDL as D?jarMail functionality is progressively rolled out to
practices across the UK.
