Further to my comment above, It isn't hard to see that the Bad ran with the Good last year and now, how the good are sold down with the bad.
Over the next few months I expect there to be a re-balancing where the hopeless explorers are worth nothing and the actual strong prospects are valued fairly.
Over the next 24 months there is going to be alot more mergers and acquisitions, especially, if the physical demand remains at current levels.
My preference is for funds and traders to stay the fck away from the sector and just leave it for the players who know what the Fck they are buying and professionals. You only want to be invested in advanced explorations companies because they are the ones that are either going to transition to a producer or actually have something to sell, ofcourse, provided there is fair value upside based on current market cap valuations.
However, shortterm money do return, i hope they surge us to the moon.
