The JV company is the vehicle entity that owns the el zorro project. Currently 100 shares are on issue (tso's sub own 70 of these). In this ann, the JV company outlined a capital raise of in total $7.6m aud (to raise an additional 100 shares) to have been made in the sh meeting on 11 Feb 2021.

Tso has outlined its intention to subscribe for their share (70 of the newly raised 100 shares) and is further inclined to buyout the remaining 30 of the newly raised shares if the minority Chilean holder elects not to subscribe. If this eventuates, tso will own 70 + 70 + 30 = 170 shares (170/200 = 85% interest).

Would be nice if this occurs.
