That is not correct, only the El Zorro project involves the vendor. El Zorro S.C.M is the name of the company that was formed in which Tesoro Mining Chile (100% TSO owned) & the Vendor are the JV parties.
The newly acquired concessions i believe we secured without the Vendor. 100% TSO Owned.
