Hey Corgi, wouldn't it be more likely that the vendor will cough up his $2.3 million to ensure he keeps his 30% interest. Seems a small price to pay to keep 15% and the possibility of a huge return on that investment in the case of a takeover within 12 months.
If I was vendor I'd be throwing the hat around everyone I know to cover that coin.
