Noob question. In regards to a take over. Using a 130ev/Oz and an example of 5moz is this how u figure it out with the info as it stands atm (understand these factors might change.
Oz x 130
-30% for vendor
-5% for serg
÷by soi after performance rights (not counting any future cap raise)
= 68c ish
