Tesoro Chile can't be 'taken over as they're not a publicly listed company. Only TSO can be the subject of a takeover.
Tesoro Chili was created as the Chilean investment vehicle for TSO, so in imo a second spin off company would need to be created if the El Zorro concessions were to be the subject of a buy out.

When I went back to have a look at what Noob was questioning about whether all the new concessions were listed under the JV or Tesoro Chile this is all I could find. Nothing in the ANN about ownership structure either.
I still hope Zeff intends to build a mine. He's said it many times. And may all these new concessions have something to do with the push forward in the earn in structure of the JV.
I guess time will tell, and hopefully soon
