Brother, don't think too much about it, currently, it is a win/win.
The earliest we could have moved to 80% was after 17 Jan 2022. Till Then we only had 70%.
We still now have 70% up until 11 Feb 2022. After that, could be more, could be nearly all, depends how we play it and what we do from there.
The only strange thing is that the vendor paid us $2.28Mil to keep the extra 10% for an extra 3 weeks longer lol.....that we will never know why
