Working for me, watched it a few times, the bit surrounding the reasoning behind the fully diluting joint venture structure is especially interesting and is consistent with many opinions on this thread.
My take on it was that Zeff states that the unexpected extra capital spend for additional drilling prior to the FS was the main motivation, Zeff also states that the jv partner was unlikely to contribute extra capital, Zeff states that confirmation is expected in the coming days.
I suppose an announcement next week diluting the jv partner is likely?
In regards to Zeffs comments on the MRE I noticed him calling it a foundational MRE and that the company can continue to grow, I get the feeling that Zeff is trying to moderate expectation of the MRE which I feel is wise.
Overall I’m very happy with how it’s all going and stoked I got the opportunity to add significantly to my position during the recent dip.
