I'm disappointed with myself that I missed something so fundamental as the COST to operate the plant @$2,500 per Oz. That alone would have reduced my investment in MDI. When you think you have derisked a company as much as we all did with MDI, you still don't always see the blindspot. A LESSON LEARNT when dealing with explorers.
I agree that they won't be able to get this running without further deposits and we can only hope Rick gets a few deals over the line. I guess you'll be able to work out Rick's sentiments if you are calling fortnightly for updates.
A Day prior to the release of the FS, I was close to doubling my position but the delay in FS was a warning light to not overcapitalize. Thank god!
