ESI board is trying to buy time by putting out these announcements to make shareholders happy.
We need to see the contract (with figures) on the agreement TPA made.
In my opinion there were many looking at the stock just prior to suspension and announcement and if ESI showed the full details and terms of the agreement then our SP would be x4 what it is now.
(On the assumption that it was a positive deal for ESI)
Except we fluffed.
Now todays announcement is just keeping the lid on the pans, means nothing says nothing.
Well done for all your work ESI board but show me the money. e.g What deal was made?
Now before anyone goes freaky freaky on me, I've been a long term holder of ESI and do like the tech, however unlike the ALDP which was out of our control ,this time things should have been dealt with better.
We gave in to the pressures and released premature information. I would rather be sitting in the dark with the SP at .024 and have a ready concreted deal announced rather than sitting here at .015 with BS announced just to keep the souks happy.
