GENERAL: SKC: Auckland Council grants variation to NZICC resource consent
Auckland Council today approved a variation under section 127 of the Resource
Management Act 1991 to the resource consent for the New Zealand International
Convention Centre ("NZICC") project.
This followed the original resource consent approval for the NZICC granted by
Auckland Council in September 2015.
The effect of this variation is that the approved resource consent now
reflects the preliminary design for the NZICC agreed with the New Zealand
Government in May 2015.
