GENERAL: SKC: NZICC Bill passes first reading
The New Zealand International Convention Centre Bill, the enabling
legislation for the New Zealand International Convention Centre and the
related regulatory concessions to be granted to SKYCITY, passed its first
reading in Parliament late yesterday.
The Bill has now been referred to Select Committee and will be brought before
Parliament again later in the year for its second reading.
