GENERAL: SKC: Proposed Seven Year Bond Offer

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited ("SKYCITY") has today announced it is
considering making an offer (the "Offer") of up to $100 million (plus up to
$25 million of oversubscriptions) of unsubordinated, unsecured, redeemable,
fixed rate, seven year bonds (the "Bonds").
