GENERAL: SKC: SKYCITY Sponsored Level 1 ADR Program Becomes Effective

On 26th August, SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKYCITY) (SKC.NZ)
announced that it planned to upgrade its existing unsponsored American
Depository Receipt (ADR) program to a sponsored level 1 program, with The
Bank of New York Mellon as the nominated Depository Bank.

SKYCITY is pleased to confirm that the program has been approved by the
United States Securities and Exchange Commission and was declared effective
on 4th September 2015 (US Eastern-Standard Time).

SKYCITY ADRs will trade over-the-counter under the ticker "SKYTY".
