GENERAL: SKC030: Redemption of Capital Notes
SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKYCITY) advises that its Capital Notes
(issued in 2000 and extended in 2005 and again in 2010) will reach the end of
their current term on Friday 15 May 2015.
SKYCITY has determined that another five year extension of the Capital Notes
does not fit with its capital management strategy, so will redeem the Capital
Notes on Friday 15 May 2015 in accordance with their terms.
