GENERAL: SKT: Legal proceedings against "Global Mode" service providers
SKY Network Television Limited confirms that it has, together with Television
New Zealand Limited, Lightbox New Zealand Limited and MediaWorks TV Limited,
initiated legal proceedings today for breach of copyright and breach of the
Fair Trading Act against a group of companies involved in the provision of
the "Global Mode" service. Those companies are Bypass Network Services
Limited, CallPlus Services Limited, Orcon Limited and Flip Services Limited.
