GENERAL: SKT: SKY Announces There Is No Public Pool For Retail Bond Offer
On 24 February 2014, SKY Network Television Limited ("SKY") announced that it
had registered its Simplified Disclosure Prospectus ("SDP") for its offer of
up to NZ$100 million of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds ("Bonds").
SKY announces that all Bonds are subject to Firm Allocations (as defined in
the SDP) and there is therefore no public pool or any arrangements in respect
of a public pool.
Investors should contact any of the Joint Lead Managers or their financial
advisor to request a free copy of the SDP.
The Joint Lead Managers are:

o Westpac on 0800 942 822
Applications for the Bonds can only be made using the application form
included in the SDP for the Bonds. Investors should contact any of the Joint
Lead Managers or their financial advisor to request a free copy of the SDP.
No applications for Bonds will be accepted or money received unless the
subscriber has received the SDP. The minimum application amount in respect of
the Bonds is NZ$5,000 and in multiples of NZ$1,000 thereafter.
