2013/2014 FULL YEAR RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

As you are aware Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited changed its name
to Spark New Zealand Limited effective on 8 August 2014.  Investors &
Analysts are invited to attend a teleconference or webcast with Spark New
Zealand's Managing Director, Simon Moutter, and Chief Financial Officer,
Jolie Hodson, who will discuss the results and answer questions.

Please note that the Spark New Zealand full year result on 22 August will be
available via teleconference and webcast only, there will be no live
audience.
