Commerce Commission's Final Pricing Principle - submissions on backdating

Further to Spark New Zealand's earlier release regarding the Commerce
Commission's draft Final Pricing Principle (FPP) determinations, it is noted
that the Commerce Commission is seeking views from submitters to see if the
final Unbundled Copper Local Loop (UCLL) price should be backdated, and if so
to what date (rather than on whether it should be backdated to no earlier
than 1 December 2014).
