Spark Finance establishes committed revolving facility

Spark New Zealand has announced today that Spark Finance Limited has
established a NZ$100 million committed revolving facility with Westpac New
Zealand Limited, to mature on 30 November 2016.
The proceeds of the facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
