Spark Finance establishes committed revolving facility

Spark New Zealand has announced today that Spark Finance Limited has
established a NZ$100 million committed revolving facility with Bank of New
Zealand, to mature on 31 October 2018.

The proceeds of the facility will be used to refinance debt and for general
corporate purposes.
