SMARTPAY SHAREHOLDER SHARE PURCHASE PLAN OPENS
Auckland, 27 July 2012 - Smartpay (SPY:NZX), a leading provider of payments
and transactional solutions in New Zealand and Australia, today confirmed
that its Shareholder Share Purchase Plan (SPP) is now open. Documents,
including an information pack and an SPP application form are being posted
today to all New Zealand resident shareholders on the register at 5pm on 25
July 2012.
Applications under the SPP will close at 5pm on 16 August 2012 and share
allotments will occur on 23 August 2012.
