An interim judgement has been issued in respect of the $1.75m claim by Lewis
Holdings Ltd against Steel and Tube Holdings Limited.
The interim judgment has found in favour of the plaintiff, however the
amount of damages has not yet been determined, pending further evidence.
Steel & Tube is considering its legal position.
