QPE FUNDS MANAGEMENT COMPLETES SALE OF 19% OF SUMMERSET

Following yesterday's trading halt, Summerset Group Holdings Limited
("Summerset") has been advised that its major shareholder, QPE Funds
Management ("QPE"), has successfully completed the sell-down of 40 million
shares in Summerset.

Shares in Summerset are expected to resume trading this morning.
