Cancellation of Redeemable shares
thl advises that 1,220,000 redeemable shares issued under the 2006 scheme and
200,000 redeemable shares under the 2009 scheme have been cancelled as at the
28th May 2013.
After this cancellation thl has 117,099,920 shares on issue consisting of
110,199,920 ordinary shares and 6,900,000 redeemable shares.
