USA Leadership Planning Update
With the acquisition of the Road Bear RV Rentals and Sales business in
December 2010 thl had agreed to a retention contract with one of the vendors
(Daniel Schneider).
thl is pleased to announce that this contract has been extended to December
2014 in the USA and a further contract has been established for Daniel to
remain as a Director of JJ Motorcars Inc. (trading as Road Bear RV) and a
contractor to thl for a minimum of a further 2 years.
As of January 2015 Daniel will be based in Switzerland with appropriate
periods in various parts of the thl operating businesses around the world.
Daniel will attend key Road Bear events and have significant input to the
core decision making of the business in conjunction with the Road Bear RV-
and thl crew.
The transfer and sharing of Daniel's industry, market and Road Bear day to
day knowledge has been on-going for some time and will continue throughout
2014.
