GENERAL: TIL: TIL - Issue of Trilogy International Unlisted Options

Trilogy International Limited (Trilogy) (NZX: TIL) has formalised equity
incentive arrangements for Angela Buglass - Managing Director Trilogy Natural
Products Ltd - which were agreed in principle in October 2014. Trilogy
advises, for the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.12.1, that on 10
March 2015 it issued 400,000 unlisted share options to that senior executive
pursuant to the Trilogy International Limited Share Option Plan:

f Principal terms Upon vesting, each share option can be converted into

h Reason for issue Options issued to Angela Buglass pursuant to
the Trilogy International Limited Share Option Plan
