GENERAL: TIL: Trilogy Int'l to centralise NZ operations in Auckland

Trilogy International (NZX: TIL) announced today that, following a
consultation process, it has made the decision to relocate Wellington based
positions to Auckland.
Currently, the Trilogy Natural Products team is predominantly based in
Wellington (22 staff), whereas its ECOYA brand team is predominantly based in
Auckland.
This decision is based on a desire to achieve greater collaboration and
efficiencies by bringing senior management, employees, and shared functions
such as finance, supply chain management and administration, into one
location.
Auckland is seen as the preferred location for centralising services due to
the proximity to manufacturers, external agencies and the headquarters of key
retail partners.
The company plans to have concluded these changes by early November 2015.
