GENERAL: TME: S&P/ASX 300 Index Inclusion

Trade Me has been advised today that S&P Dow Jones Indices have made changes
in the S&P/ASX Indices, effective after close of trading on 21 September 2012
as a result of its September quarterly review. At this rebalance Trade Me
will be included in the S&P/ASX 300 index.
