TrustPower Limited Subordinated Bond Offer - Close of Exchange Offer
TrustPower makes the following announcement with respect to its offer of
unsecured, subordinated fixed rate bonds pursuant to the simplified
disclosure prospectus dated 26 July 2012.
The Exchange Offer has now closed and $65 million of applications have been
accepted by TrustPower.
Together with firm allocations from market participants and institutions
($72.5 million) and applications accepted through the public pool ($2.5
million) in relation to the General Offer, applications have now been
accepted or reserved under the General Offer and Exchange Offer for a total
$140 million of bonds.
TrustPower has decided not to accept any oversubscriptions.
Applications may continue to be made in respect of firm allocations under the
General Offer. Applicants accepting a firm allocation must return a
completed application form (with payment) to the office of the relevant
market participant to enable forwarding to the Registrar before 5.00pm on the
General Offer Closing Date (11 September 2012).
