Message :
NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") advises that Trustpower Limited Subordinated
Series 12 Bonds ("TPW020") are due to mature on Friday, 14 September 2012.
Under the Exchange Offer pursuant to the simplified disclosure prospectus
dated Thursday, 26 July 2012, TPW020 bond holders have the opportunity to
apply all or some of the redemption proceeds from their TPW020 bonds to
subscribe for TPW110 bonds from a pool of $75 million new bonds.
Holders of TPW020 bonds who do not wish to participate in the Exchange Offer
will have the redemption proceeds from their TPW020 bonds paid to them on
Friday, 14 September 2012 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
TPW020 bonds.
The final interest payment in respect of the TPW020 bonds will be paid to all
holders of TPW020 bonds on Friday, 14 September 2012.
The timetable of events is attached.
NZX Client and Market Services ("CMS") advises that trading in TPW020 will be
halted at COB on Tuesday, 28 August 2012 until the maturity date of Friday,
14 September 2012
