GENERAL: TRP: HVDC Commissioning

The Grid Owner is issuing a notice to the electricity market to the effect
that:

o Siemens advises that testing of Pole 3 within the market will now
start in January 2013. The planned completion date for Pole 3 commissioning
is now in early April 2013.

This is approximately six weeks later than previously advised.
