GENERAL: TRP: Transpower announces Indicative Issue Margins

Transpower today announced the following indicative issue margins in relation
to its offer of up to NZ$150 million of unsecured, unsubordinated bonds.

The bonds will not be listed on any exchange.

The indicative issue margin range for the ten year bonds maturing on 15 March
2023 is 1.25% - 1.30% per annum.

The indicative issue margin range for the fifteen year bonds maturing on 15
March 2028 is 1.50% - 1.55% per annum
