GENERAL: TRP: Transpower's Statement of Corporate Intent

Transpower New Zealand advises that its Statement of Corporate Intent was
today tabled in Parliament.

The Statement of Corporate Intent sets out the Board's overall intentions and
objectives for Transpower and its subsidiary companies from 1 July 2014 to 30
June 2017.
