Mega Limited - Restraining Orders over Shares
Further to the announcement released earlier this afternoon, TRS has now had
an opportunity to consider the press release from Mega Limited.
As noted in the press release, TRS understands that approximately 18% of the
shares on issue in Mega are subject to restraining orders and are now in the
custody and control of the Official Assignee.
TRS is not aware of any information in relation to the restraining orders
other than what was contained in the press release.
Based on this information TRS considers that the restraining orders do not
impact upon the transaction.
TRS has a conditional agreement to acquire all shares on issue in Mega
Limited. Subject to fulfilment of the agreement conditions, TRS expects that
the agreement will be performed.
TRS will make further enquiries as necessary and if its view changes or
further information comes to light, it will advise the market accordingly.
