DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF THE FARMSIDE GROUP ACQUISITION
TeamTalk Limited advises that settlement of the acquisition by TeamTalk of
all of the shares in BayCity Communications Limited (which, together with its
wholly owned subsidiaries, comprises the Farmside Group) which was
anticipated to occur on today has been rescheduled and is now expected to
take place on Monday, 17 December 2012.
