Statement of Claim Filed in the High Court
A minority shareholder and former director of TeamTalk subsidiary Araneo
Limited has filed a statement of claim with the High Court in Wellington.
There a number of elements to the claim but they centre on the allegation
that TeamTalk has sought to transfer value to itself from its subsidiary.
The plaintiff is, amongst other things, asking the court to have himself
reappointed as a director of Araneo.
"With the alleged infringements going back as far as 2007 this is not the
first time he has made these sorts of claims against us. Having sought legal
advice on the matter we consider the claims totally without merit" said
TeamTalk Managing Director Mr. Ware.
