Subject : Rollover of VCT 2012 Capital Bonds (VCT040)
Message:
Please be advised of the following information in relation to the rollover of
June 2012 Capital Bonds (VCT040).
The Election Date for the VCT040s is Friday, 15 June 2012 and the Election
Record
Date is Monday, 30 April 2012.
Accordingly, trading in VCT040s will be halted Market Close on Tuesday, 24
April 2012, which is 3 Business Days prior to the Election Record Date.
Election Details:
Election Notices in respect of the rollover will be sent to holders of
VCT040s on 03 May 2012.
For those who elect to retain their Capital Bonds on the new terms, quotation
of the new series of Capital Bonds will commence on Monday, 18 June 2012,
being the business
day immediately following the Election Date.
The new terms and ISIN for these securities will be contained in the Listing
and Quotation
Notice, which will be sent to the market as soon as these details are
available.
