GENERAL: VGL: VGL - China Market Announcement

Vista Group International Ltd ('Vista Group') has reached agreement with a
major cinema chain in the People's Republic of China.  Group business, Vista
Entertainment Solutions Ltd ("Vista"), will implement its cinema management
software across the cinema chains' 200+ sites. The specifics of the
transaction are commercially sensitive.
The signing of the deal is significant for Vista and strategic in terms of
the Chinese market. The revenue from this new customer relationship forms
part of the existing Prospective Financial Information guidance provided in
the Prospectus dated July 3, 2014.
